As I will be leaving Munich at the end of July I am looking for somebody to take my room in my lovely apartment.
The room itself has a king size bed, and large windows allowing plenty of light in. Although the room is quite small, there is plenty of room for cozy living and the large shared dining/living area provides a great area to relax in if you want to enjoy a bit more space. In order to save space in the room itself, there is a large wardrobe just outside the room.
The apartment has a great south facing balcony, which is absolutely perfect for enjoying the summer sun. The large sitting room and dining area gives the apartment a spacious feel, and is great to relax in. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, dish washer, toaster, coffee machine etc. There is also a washing machine available, and space for drying your clothes. There are 2 toilets, one equipped with a bath + shower, and one with a standing shower.
You can reach the S-Bahn at Donnersbergerbrücke or U1 Maillingerstraße in under 10 minutes by foot, and Tram stop Marsstraße in under 5. Accessing anywhere in Munich could not be much simpler.
There are plenty of supermarkets within close walking distance including Edeka, Rewe, Lidle, and Netto.
WG-life is relaxed and easy to enjoy. The flatmate you would be sharing with is really easy to get along with and very responsible, but also great fun. There's no cleaning plan or other WG rules (though you can discuss adding them if you want to) but the WG remains clean and tidy anyway. The large living/dining area, and 2 separate bathrooms gives you even more space to yourself if you so desire.
All costs including internet are included in the rent.
