Hi everyone,
I will be subletting my room in Studentenwerk- Chiemgaustrasse between 2 of September - 2nd of October. I am subletting my room as I am now in the process of moving out and need to spend one more month at my current place until I am allowed to move out. As for the room, I don't really know what it looks like or the space inside as I will be able to pick up the keys from the 1st of September. All I know is that you will get a bed, desk, wardrobe, shared kitchen and bathroom and a cheap place to rent in Munich maybe until you can find your future long-term accommodation. 1
My name is Adrian, and I have been a master's student in Munich for a year now and I know how difficult finding accommodation can be. As such following my post I will rigorously look for a person worth it, and make sure not to take any scams, as I want someone who really needs room to have the opportunity, but also feel safe that the person is mature and won't cause any issues (so win win would say). 2
If you read my add to the end add the numbers from each paragraph and tell me the total :) Just a method to get rid of the bots. 3
Room is located at this address: Traunsteiner Straße 9 / 0604, from which in seven minutes by walking, you can reach the St.-Quirin-Platz Ubahn station. From there the U1 can take you to the city centre quite quickly (seven minutes to Hauptbahn hof/ central station)
I don't know who lives inside, but accommodation will be full of students as it a studentwerk-led accommodation. I hope some nice people as I will be living here for the long run.
As I said if you are a fresh student coming to Munich if you are interested in taking my place, and have any questions about student living and other matters I will be more than happy to share some of my experience in the one year I spent so far in Munich. I have previously studied abroad in England for my bachelor's, and I can give you some good student hints if you want them, no pressure.
I look forward to your messages of interest and hope to find the right candidate.
Best
Adrian
