The WG consists of 9 people who are working or studying.
3 of the residents are female and 5 are male, not counting myself.
We are searching for a person who is friendly, clean and respectful of others and ofcouse who would get on well with everyone.
The area:
The area is well connected to public transport, 1 minute wallking to the St. Quirin Platz Ubahn and about 8 minutes to the city center via U1. There are multiple stores in and around the area as well as a lot of parks and restaurants.
The house:
The house has 3 floors, a kitchen, dining area, a backyard and a basement.
Each floor consists of a toilet that anyone can use except for the top floor which is for the only resident on that floor. There are 2 bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor which are divided amongst the residents.
The kitchen includes all the utensils you will need, an oven, a stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Also 2 fridges where there is a compartment for you and a grocery shelf for each resident.
The basement includes a storage room, a washing machine and a dryer.
Your room:
The room is on the 2nd floor, it includes a 200 X 80 cm bed, a cupboard, writing table, a small drawer and an electric heater, a chair (not in the photos). There is a small balcony outside which is shared with your neighbour and you can go out through your window.
There is a cleaning plan and we do want a person who would take the initiative to keep the house clean. We have a vacuum cleaner and other general appliances for maintaining the house and your room.
WG life is fun, you can always have a chat with someone in the evening in the kitchen. In the summer it is quite common to have a barbeque in the backyard garden. There are events that we plan or a day out, which you could always suggest or join someone in their plan.
Important!!!!!!!!!:
- The rent is 590 Euros and includes everything (Electricity, Radio/TV, Water, Heating, Internet)
- You will need to live in the house for a minimum of 6 months.
- The Deposit is 885 Euros which you will need to pay along with the 1st Month's rent at the time of signing your contract.
- There is a 50 Euro transfer agreement which you will need to pay me, this is for the vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and other kitches appliances that were jointly purchased with the other residents.
- Every month each resident contributes around 10 Euros for the general house supplies (Trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher liquid etc)
