Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich Studierende, und das Zusammenleben sowie die Nutzung der gemeinsamen Räume verläuft sehr harmonisch.
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und ruhig. Jeder von uns hält sich größtenteils für sich, aber das bedeutet keineswegs, dass es sich um eine Zweck-WG handelt. Ein Plausch in der Küche ist immer willkommen, und wir bleiben stets offen und kommunikativ, damit sich alle wohl fühlen. Wir schätzen eine gewisse Sauberkeit in der Küche und im Badezimmer und teilen die Kosten für Reinigungsmittel, Toilettenpapier sowie Grundzutaten wie Salz und Pfeffer über eine App auf.
Deine wohl künftige Mitbewohner sind Leo aus Deutschland, Minas aus Griechenland und Hams aus Pakistan. Die sind alle Studenten im Master an verschiedenen Hochschulen in München. Sie sind sehr freundlich und, obwohl sie meistens auf der Uni fokussiert sind, geht man auch manchmal zusammen raus, dazu sind sie in der Wohnung sehr ruhig und respektvoll. Alles kann, nicht muss :)

In the house, the residents are mainly students, and the cohabitation as well as the use of common spaces are very harmonious. The shared living situation is relaxed and quiet. Each of us mostly keeps to ourselves, but this by no means implies that it's a purely functional shared apartment. A chat in the kitchen is always welcome, and we remain open and communicative to ensure everyone feels comfortable. We value a certain level of cleanliness in the kitchen and bathroom, and we share the costs for cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and basic ingredients like salt and pepper through a mobile app.

Your potential future roommates are Leo from Germany, Minas from Greece, and Hams from Pakistan. They are all Master's students at different universities in Munich. They are very friendly, and although they are mostly focused on their studies, they occasionally go out together. Inside the apartment, they are quiet and respectful. Everything is optional; there's no pressure to participate in shared activities if you don't want to. :)

Vorzugsweise suchen wir internationale Studierende, die mindestens ein Jahr in Deutschland bleiben möchten.

Das Zimmer wird ab dem 1. April frei sein, kann jedoch bereits ab dem 24. März bezogen werden, möglicherweise auch früher nach Absprache.

Das Zimmer kann nur möbliert übernommen werden, nach Zahlung der Ablösung in Höhe von €300 (dies kann verhandelt werden).

Preferably, we are looking for international students who plan to stay in Germany for at least one year.

The room will be available from April 1st, but it can be occupied as early as March 24th, possibly even earlier by arrangement.

The room can only be taken over furnished, after payment of a takeover fee of €300 (this is negotiable).
