As my flat-mate is moving out I am looking for someone to take her place. For the two of us we are gonna have a very spacious bright and light 3-rooms 65 m2 apartment with windows looking east and west - so sun all the day long.
Your room is 16m2 and almost rectangular, which is a very convenient cut. The room serves currently as our living room, so don't be surprise when looking at the pictures. The room can be rent empty as well as partially/fully furnished. We have a lot of spare furniture at home, so it can be fixed to your taste. Our rooms do not have a common walls, so both of us enjoy some privacy. The window is pointing west and thus has nice afternoon sun.
The monthly rent is 725€ with everything included: 250mbit/sec internet, electricity, water, GEZ -all. There is only a +10€ for a piggy bank for common expenses as toilet paper, cleaning supplies and so on.
The apartment also has a very spacious hallway, kitchen and separated bathroom and toilet which is a huge bonus for a WG. The heating is central, so 30 min long showers are not a problem. All the apartment is fully set, so you may not bring anything if you don't want to.
I technically rent the two rooms of the apartment, however I will be very optimistic to share one of them as a living room if you wanna invite guests and it has a cute little balcony.
The location can't be better.
It is in Schwabing west, 8 -15 min by foot to Scheidplatz (U2), Bonner platz (U3) and Dietlindenstr./Münchener Freiheit (U6) plus a tram stop and a bus stop nearby. Luitpoldpark as well es English garden are a short walk away.The lively area of Münchener Freiheit is 10-15 min away by foot.
At the same time it is rather calm at night around the house, so one can sleep with windows open.
I am living in Munich with some interruption for a total of about 10 years and now work as an engineer in a small hi-tech company.
In the everyday life I am simple and chill. I really don't like to stress out and try not to take things too serious. It would be great if you are a similar way. I am not searching for a purpose WG where everyone just closes their doors and lives their own life. Chatting over a glass of something or doing a yoga at home once in a while would be great, yet you dont have to be my very best friend for the rest of your life.
I like to travel and do so often plus have other fun hobbies, so I am also often not home.
So the best would be just to meet in person and say hi.
I like speaking english, since half of my life runs in english, but I am also a fluent german speaker and a native russian speaker. I can a bit of spanish and french if cornered :)
So internationals are very welcome!
There is a 200€ one-time pay off as I had to buy a new fridge and a few things for kitchen to replace the things that my flat-mate wants to take with her.
