(Auch wenn hier jetzt alles auf englisch ist, so stehe ich deutschen Mitbewohnern auch offen gegenüber :-))
Flat share of a 100sm apartment in the heart of Munich Schwabing, near the English Garden, near shops and subways near to bars and the city center... everything reachable
with a bicycle within a few minutes. For the moment I rent the room until end of December since I my contract is only till then.
The flat is in an old nice building (ca. 1900) with wooden floor, high ceilings, old fashioned door frames and windows. It has a large balcony and you would own one big room of ~25sm. Living room with lounge sofa and flat screen plus fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher at your disposal. The loo is separate from the bathroom and all room are directed versus a large quite courtyard in the south (so sun all day) - of course there is WLAN.
There will be a bed with a mattress, TV, small sofa, a small wardrobe, table, chair and drawer.
I am 34 work in banking, I like all kinds of sport from tennis, soccer, hiking, tennis, skiing and so on... of course I like to go out with friends and have fun hanging around in cafes or the English Garden. If you'd like to learn German, I can help... maybe I can improve my French or Spanish. Let's see...

Central in the town, easy connection everywhere. Next tube station is Bonner Platz where you have connection to the U3 and U6. Both tubes bring you directly to the city center or as well give you a shortcut to the airport if you wish so. Near Unertlstr. you find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, butcher and bakeries.
easy, laid back, festive ;) What else can I say... Just do whatever you like within certain limits... Important is to have a flat share, which is pleasent for both of us... We will have
a cleaning lady but to keep the kitchen and bath in a good condition should not be an issue.
