I am looking for a successor for the room I have up for rent. This flat is shared between you and two other people. As you may expect you share the kitchen/dining area and bathroom. We have a pretty cozy space in our apartment in a quiet neighborhood (very family/business people oriented).
About the room itself: it comes furnished with a bed (which expands: see pictures, and is equipped with a pillow/pillowcases, sheets etc), a desk, a wardrobe, and the window faces the eastside (direct sunlight in the morning).
The rent for the room is 600/month with a deposit of 1.5 x monthly. Our super nice landlord will take care of the lease agreement.
**I have a few things that I bought and am trying to sell: a monitor, a keyboard, a fan (you will need one in the summer), a desk light with multiple modes which can light up different colors and whatnot depending on what you are doing (watching a movie, working, working at night etc) up for sale so if interested let me know and I will provide the price for each one of those items or all of them as a whole.
Public transport available (tram 18, Fachnerstrss), is a minute walk from the apartment which then connects you to Westendstrasse (next stop over) ubahn station (U4, U5). From there you have 4 stops to Hauptbahnhof. U6 (Westpark stop) 15 minutes of walking from the apartment. To get there you simply walk through the amazing Westpark.
Westpark is probably one of the best parks in the city and it is split into two halves East and West. Biergardens and Cafes are found on the east side of the park, along with spielplatz and everything else you would need for yourself.
REWE - 7 minute walk
LIDL, EDEKA, DM - 1 tram stop plus 4 minutes of walking or 10 minutes of walking
HIT - 20 minutes of walking
We are looking for someone who is quite clean and cares about keeping the apartment clean and tidy at all times, no exceptions (weekly cleaning schedule). Furthermore, my roommates would like the person who replaces me to be a quiet/considerate person who does not go out partying every day of the week.
Most of the documents required below will be needed by my landlord given that we pick you for the room.
In this house we speak English amongst ourselves but Bulgarian, German, and Portuguese are also spoken here.
We will coordinate a tour/flat viewing and have you meet my roommates before we make a decision.
