Hello My future roommate,
One cozy room with perfectly cut in shape is available in this flat. Your room is about 15 m2.
The bright, ideally cut apartment is quietly located on the 4th floor of a classic apartment building.
You enter the apartment via the hallway, where you will find a wardrobe with mirror and shoe cabinet, as well as a practical storage room.
Immediately to the right is the newly designed bathroom with large window, mirror cabinet and bathtub. There is also the washer-dryer.
One door further, you come into the spacious eat-in kitchen, with a brand new, fully equipped fitted kitchen - with hob, oven, , MIcrowave oven and dishwasher. A nice dining set also finds its place there.

The spacious apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the U3 line and the S7, Obersendling stop.
With the subway or the S-Bahn you can reach the city center and the university in a short time.
Obersendling is an up-and-coming district with a lot of flair. Around the corner, in Hoffmannstr. or in Baierbrunner Str. you will find shopping centers, with Aldi, Rossmann, VinzenzMurr, Hagebaumarkt etc. as well as numerous restaurants and cafes.
A few hundred meters to the south, you reach the Siemensallee, from there you are quickly at the Isarauen, with the idyllic Hinterbrühler Lake.
I (26) am a design engineer & I like to spend my free time with my friends. As a hobby I play guitar and sometimes go swimming or running. I go to the gym regularly. we can do something together once in a while, right? As far as time and money allow, I'm travel crazy. I am vegetarian so it would be nice if you could tell your food habits ( vegan / vegetarian would be better). I generally go for hiking on weekends so if you can join, that will be best fit.
I am new to munich & I can speak german as well. I have been living in Germany since last four years. I am looking for someone, who can contribute to apartment enviournment with his/her positive vibes.
other flatmate is also working as an Engineer. He likes to cook & vegetarian as well like me. we generally go for hike or short sightseeing or for shopping together.
