Masterstudent mit Praktikum sucht WG ab 1. Oktober

Hello,

I'm Utku, a 24-year-old from Turkey. I am pursuing a Master's in Informatics at TUM and will start an internship as a Data Scientist in September. I've been living in Munich for nearly 2 years and now I am seeking for a new flatshare, hoping to move in by October 1st or shortly after. I'm looking for a furnished place that's ready to move into, preferably central or close to the city center, as my workplace is located on Giselastraße.

I have experience living in shared spaces and have always maintained great relationships with past flatmates. I have also subleased my current room in the past, so I understand what you expect from a tenant. I value a clean living space and hope to find flatmates who appreciate a calm environment. While most of my time will be spent studying and working, I also enjoy having occasional beers with my flatmates or participating in shared activities.

I usually prepare simple recipes for dinner. In my free time, I have a genuine love for reading, often losing myself in a good story. I'm also a bit of a coffee enthusiast, always on the lookout for cozy local coffee shops where I can relax. Additionally, I enjoy hiking; there's nothing like the refreshing feeling of a hike. :)
