Young professional looking for nice flatmates

I am Francesco, Italian, 27 yo, working full-time since July for a renewable energy start-up in Munich.

ABOUT MYSELF:
I am an easy-going person who likes humor and get-togethers. I spend my free time mostly with friends, exploring the town and its surrounding nature or having dinners and board-games at someone’s place.
I also enjoy time alone reading about the news and listening to instrumental rap. I also like to play ultimate frisbee (as well as any other sport).
I am all right as a chef but probably not up to the very high expectations people have of Italians.
Finally, I am extremely tidy and clean: for example, it is thanks to me that we have a cleaning schedule in our current WG.

PRACTICAL MATTERS:
I would like to find a place from which I can easily reach my office in Siegestor.
As for the viewing times/dates, I am flexible.
I am flexible with taking furniture and move-in dates. I prefer a long-term stay.
I have lived in shared flats since 2018 in the Netherlands and Germany.
I work at the office almost every day Monday to Friday.
I can only hold basic conversations in German but I am quickly getting better.
