Hi all,

My name is Pepijn and I'm a 22yo student from Belgium. I saw your ad on WG-gesucht and it looks really interesting.
I am looking for a nice place to stay during my studies at the TUM for the coming two years (I'm not on an exchange semester). If the room is available at least until august 2024, i'll be happy to take it!

At the TUM I'll study a master in management and technology, and this actually says a lot about me : I'm someone interested in quasi every subject with a good common sense.
In my studies and work I am committed and ambitious. Munchen is for me a nice step up from my little belgian uni (Ghent University). It was a goal to come here and now that i managed to do so, I won't miss the opportunity to make the best of it! But luckily life isn't only about studying. I'm a fervent sporter (rugby, biking, running), party enjoyer, music enthusiast. Also, I enjoy good food, especially when shared! I enjoy all kind of trips: hiking, cultural, ski...
People say that I come along with everybody, which I think is true. I'm a down to earth, relaxed and no-nonsense type of guy. I'm used to live with people around; I have a brother and two sisters and in Ghent I used to live in big student dorms. Some basic rules I live by are leaving a clean space, eating together and respect for each other's privacy and tranquility.

As a Belgian I have two mother tongues : Dutch and French. I can express myself nearly perfectly in English and I'm eager to learn some more German.

I'll finance my future studies with the money I've earned working three days/week in the past two years. Also my parents intervene in the rent, they both work fulltime. My financial situation is therefor healthy, whitout being luxurious.

Here in Belgium we say that the best way to learn to know someone is by drinking a beer together, I'm looking forward to do this with my future roommates (first one is on me ;)).
