Second year Ph.D. student looking for shared apartment

Hello,

my name is Cesare, I'm Italian and I'm 24 years old.
Last October I started a Ph.D. in Physics at TUM (campus Garching). I'm currently living in Garching and I would like to move closer to the city center! Consequently, I'm searching for a room in a shared apartment.
I'm interested in the possibility of long-term rent from September/October 2022.
Each district works fine for me, in particular, if the U6 line is easily reachable, it would be fantastic. Schwabing, Schwabing Freimann, Maxvorstad, Ludwigvorstadt are the best options!


About me, I think of myself as a quiet, very clean, and friendly person: I should be an easy guy to live with.
I would love to share an apartment with people which appreciate eating together sometimes and chatting a little bit during the evening. Of course, as sometimes I need to spend time alone and need privacy, I also respect others!

I work almost always at the university, so I'm seldom at home on the weekdays. Nonetheless, it can happen that I need to work at home from time to time: it is important to me that this is not a problem.
As I mentioned above, I'm a doctoral student in Physics. In particular, I work in theoretical particle physic.


I'm also open to activities together: cooking, sports (running, cycling, volleyball ... ), grabbing a beer while watching the sunset from Englischer Garten, this kind of stuff!
