Hello! My name is Flaminia and I am 23 from Italy. I am studying Neuroegineering here at TUM and I am looking for a place from November (Long term). My budget is 750 euro (warm rent) and I am looking for a single room in a WG, possibly located in Maxvorstadt (but nearby is ok).
Some info about me: I am really respectful, easygoing and friendly with everyone. I would like to spend some time with my flatmates, but I will also respect everyone space.I have experience in flat sharing and it was an incredible experience. I care a lot about cleaning and keeping the house a nice place for everyone. Plus, I am Italian so I can cook something delicious for you! Also, I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets.
