The room is around 11 square meters , have new, 3-way super-insolated French windows and is squarely shaped which is ideal for furnishing. The room is outfitted with everything you need for everyday life: bed, desk, chair, shelf and a small wardrobe as well as bedding (pillow, duvet, linens). The room is of surpassing ceiling height of almost 2,60. This and the French windows make them suffused with natural light, even on cloudy days.

The French windows on the street-view side of the house are fixed at the bottom - for optimal usability of the room right in front of the windows. The garden-view French windows can be fully opened and, upstairs, are secured with a pretty white steel balustrade which makes them a "French balcony". The garden-view ground floor room has its own separate garden/terrace acces via the French window.

The room is exquipped with a solid wood parquet flooring with laminate finishing in an elegant dark design and with profiled baroque-style doors and doorknobs which invite you to feel at home.

The house has got 3 brand new fully equipped bathrooms (upstairs, rooftop and basement) with modern floor-to-ceiling-showers, sink and toilet. The upstairs bathroom also has a bath tub, bidet and sink cabinet. The rooftop bathroom has a bonnet sink and design faucet. On the ground floor there's an additional restroom. All bathroom tiles are big and modern.

The big and bright south-viewing kitchen is used as a common area where the housemates meet, cook and have a good time together. The famous and big Westpark is 10 minutes away by foot and welcomes you for a long and nice walk on sunny days. If you like a quite place, Waldfriedhof is great to have romantic walks, to relax and enjoy nature right in the middle of the city, and make discoveries, e.g. of the gaves of writer Frank Wedekind or NS- resistance fighter Kurt Huber.

The "Westbad" swimming pool - with indoor and outdoor facilities- is easy to get to by bicycle or public transport. The facility is a shared student house, i.e. the whole house is shared by the tenants.
