Privates Einzelzimmer in Serviced Apartment mit Gemeinschaftsbad und Gemeinschaftsküche. Maximal 3er WG.

Die ca. 13 qm großen Schlafzimmer sind ausgestattet mit Waschbecken, Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Fernseher mit DVB-T Empfang, WLAN.
Das Badezimmer und die Küche werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt (maximal 3 Personen). 

Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien. Herd, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.

Neben der reinen Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bieten wir die Apartmentreinigung und den Wäschewechsel an (1x wöchentlich). 



Wichtig zu wissen:

- Es handelt sich um eine gewerbliche Zimmervermietung

- Nicht für Wohnungssuchende geeignet, da keine KVR Anmeldung
möglich ist
- Monatsmiete 850 EUR
- Kaution 1 Monatsmiete

- Nichtraucherunterkunft

- Die Nutzung der Apartments ist für Mieter vorgesehen, kurzfristiger - von uns bestätigter - Besuch natürlich ausgenommen

Private single room in serviced 3 bedroom apartment with shared bathroom and shared kitchen (maximum 3 tenants in this apartment).

The approximately 13 square meter bedrooms are equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, TV with DVB-T reception, WiFi and sink.
The bathroom and kitchen are shared (maximum 3 people).
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. Stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and washing machine available.
We also provide bed linen and towels.
In addition to pure overnight accommodation, we offer apartment cleaning and linen change (once a week).

Important to know:
- This is a commercial room rental
- Not suitable for those looking for accommodation, as KVR registration is not possible
- Monthly rent 850 EUR
