Hi all, because of my new job I need to move to Frankfurt for few months and for this, I’m looking for someone to take over my fully furnished room from December 1, 2023 for 3 or 4 or 5 months.
The room has about 19 square meters and is equipped with a spring mattress, desk, wardrobe and chests of drawers, so basically everything that you might need. Furniture must stay in the room but can still be rearranged.
The flat consists of 4 rooms (my room, Matt’s room, living/common room, and a big kitchen, and on top, the bathroom and toilet are seperated which makes it super convenient. The kitchen is also properly equipped and offers everything a cook's heart desires (Kitchenaid included 😄), as well as washing machine and dish washer. Attached to the kitchen is an open living/common room.
The flat is loctaed on the 4th floor and does not have an elevator - it’s a good daily exercise ;)
Otherwise, the apartment is a real old town pearl - located in the center of the old town belt between Isartor and Maximilianstrasse. Organic markets / supermarkets & all other conveniences of consumption are therefore in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is not a luxury property, but is neat and well-kept. However, it looks more like an old building somewhere in Berlin. The residents of the building are very relaxed, friendly and maintain a friendly, tolerant and accommodating togetherness.
In terms of public transportation, Isartor S-Bahn is just 3 minutes away by foot, and Marienplatz u-bahn is 7 minutes by foot - location wise it can’t get any better ;)
You will be sharing the flat with Matt. He’s self-employed and working on building up his business in the IT sector - apart from that he likes to enjoy quality time with his girlfriend, friends & family, every minute in nature, kayaking, spiritual festivals, open minded people, vintage cars, mountains, sea, Surfing 🌊, Back to the Roots Life, and Sarcasm ✨
It would be nice if it wasn't just a place to sleep but rather a real shared flat. Of course you don't have to stick together, but it's nice to have something in common, to exchange a few words from time to time, to cook together, to listen to music, to do something, to get to know each other's friends and to do something relaxed.
I look forward to your inquiries, with a few words about you & how you imagine living here - also with a picture attached, or instagram/facebook links for the first impression.
Cheers,
Maz
