Spanish student looking for a room

Hello, my name is Jose and I'm 23 year old a Spanish student looking for a room for the Winter semester. I will be studying business administration at the university of applied sciences of Neu-Ulm. I don't smoke and I don't like partying hard, just chilling out with some friends from time to time.
I am looking for a furnished room as I can't take any furniture from Spain, as well as a flatrate internet connection. I would prefer to be in an appartment with other students my age, but I don't really mind being with older or younger people who are working. I am specially interested in renting the room in an appartment that is somewhere in the centre of Ulm/Neu-Ulm and with a good bus connection to the university.
I am serious person and I always pay at the landlord's request, if you rent me your room I can assure you that you will not regret it.
