I have been living in this place for 2 years. I can't say the room has enough place for general use but if you are minimalist, this place will fit your needs. The room has 1 TV, 1 bed with mattress, 1 couch, 1 window, 1 sideboard, 1 glass table, and a clock. All these are included in the rent. However, I believe the bed's mattress is not in good condition to use and I bought a new mattress which is 75 Euro. I have to request 40 euro for it. Also, the new tenant has to pay for a table(it has a little hole), a table lamp, a chair, a wardrobe(ikea vuku) and 8 hanger, and a mini drawers( ikea flarra). Because I will move to another country I have to sell these items. The flat has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. The kitchen is cozy and has an oven and microwave that you can use but they belong to flatmates.
What do you have to pay?
- 450 Euro per month to Landlord.
- 75 Euro to me for the items I mentioned already.
- 1200 Euro deposit.
The room will be available on 28.07.2023 but If you want to move in before 01.08, you have to pay additional 15 euro per day.
