Hey!
I’m searching for a new tenant for my room in a shared 3-room-flat in Nuremberg Schoppershof as of June 1st. The whole flat has been newly renovated including a brand-new kitchen (with a dishwasher), bathroom (with a baththub) and balcony. One of the three rooms is used as living / dining room, one is the bedroom of my roomie Caterina and one is your future bedroom!
Your future room is about 16 square meters big with a nice old wooden floor and pretty high ceilings. I‘m thinking about selling some of my furniture, so if you don’t have a bed and / or wardrobe yet, you could potentially get mine for a good price.
The apartment also has an awesome, quiet balcony facing the backyard where you can rest and enjoy food / drinks. Apart from that a storage space in the cellar belongs to the apartment and there‘s a big garden behind the house which can be used for barbecues / hanging laundry. The appartement is on the third floor of the building.
The flat is located within the Ludwig-Feuerbach-Straße in the north of Nuremberg. A tram station is just around the corner and the metro station Schoppershof can be reached within 5 mins. A Netto supermarket, a bakery, a Rossman drug store, a DHL Post station and a pharmacy can be reached within 2-3 mins by foot. An Edeka supermarket, a Lidl supermarket, a REWE supermarkt as well as an organic supermarket are 5 mins away by foot.
The WiSo faculty of the FAU is pretty close as well, like a 10 mins drive by bike. The city center is a 15 mins drive by bike or tram away :)
If you’re working for adidas, there’s good news as well as the adidas bus stop is just a 7 mins walk away.
You’ll share the apartment with Caterina, the nicest and coolest Italian roomie you could ever wish for. She’s a very creative and cool person, 23 years old and working for adidas. We’re usually speaking English with each other, but she also wants to improve her German - so if you prefer speaking German, it’s not a problem at all (she understands everything an can also speak).
She‘s open to living with students or young people who are working already.
The move-in date would be preferably 1st of June. Please contact me here and we can meet in person or set up a Skype call in case you’re not living in Nuremberg yet.
