The flat is in the second floor of a renovated building with a very inviting wooden staircase.
There are three rooms, separated bathroom and toilette as well as a kitchen with balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, as well as the room which you will be renting. There is a desk with office chair, a closet, a 140x 200 bed and a large couch with television. The idea was to lay the two room separators below the bed to gain some extra storage, but I couldn't realise it yet. If you insist I will look into it at the end of August. Please apply to my two roommates, they care for some conversations in the evening, cooking together and will have to judge if you are a good fit.
The flat is located quite central in the northern part of the city. Both Universities, TH Nürnberg and the business faculty of the Friedrich Alexander University are 10 minutes away by bycicle. There is a tiny park directly behind the house and two bigger ones(Stadtpark and Whörder Wiese) which invite for running or just hanging out are 10 to 15 minutes away. The subway station Schoppershof is 5 Minutes away as well as a tram station (Tauroggenstraße). You can reach the main railway station in 10 minutes and the airport in 15. There are different supermarkets ( REWE,Norma, Netto) within 5 minutes walking distance and a shopping centre which you can reach in roughly 10 minutes.
Your flatmates will be Christoph and Elena. Christoph works as an engineer in a consulting company and loves running and triathlon as well as beer. Elena studies to become a teacher in music and mathematic and plays several instruments and is member of different groups and bands. I will be studying in Czech Republic starting in September and am looking for somebody to rent the room in the meantime. We established a cleaning plan with everyone taking turns and try to clean the kitchen after using it so everybody can feel at home :)
Please tell Christoph and Elena a bit about you and maybe suggest a time in the late afternoon or evening for a visit or give us your Skype for a virtual get together. Water, electricity, gas, television and internet are included in the price.
