Wir möchten zwei schöne kleine Räume in einer schönen, großen und bunt gemischten Wohnung vermieten. Die Wohnung ist in der Bucher Straße, direkt bei der Pirkheimer Straße und an das Stadtviertel Johannes grenzend. Zum Stadtzentrum läuft man ca. 5 Minuten, genauso wie zur Burg oder zum Friedrich-Ebert-Platz, der mit Ubahn und Straßenbahn auch direkt hier um die Ecke ist.
Die Wohnung ist im fünften Stock eines Altbaus. Der Flur und alle Fenster der Wohnung sind renoviert worden.

Zwei unserer Mitbewohner ziehen zum Dezember aus, deswegen suchen wir nach entweder einem Mitbewohner/in, der sich vorstellen könnte beide Räume zu bewohnen, oder zwei neuen Mitbewohner/innen, die jeweils einen der beiden Räume mieten. Beide Räume werden zum 1.12.2016 frei auf unbefristete Zeit.

Und nun einige Informationen über die zwei Räume :)

Raum 1:
Dieser Raum ist der größere von Beiden, mit 16m². Er besitzt ein großes Fenster, welches einen schönen Westblick über Johannis eröffnet. Wie man auf den Fotos auch sehen kann, kann man auf diesem Balkon Sonnenuntergänge über den Dächern Nürnbergs sehen.

Der Raum ist sehr hell, gemütlich und hat genügend Platz um sich mit einem Doppelbett, einem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und allem weiteren was man so braucht, einzurichten. Der Raum ist sehr geräumig und hat hohe Decken. Das Fenster ist neu und doppelt isoliert. Der Raum ist unmöbeliert.

Die Gesamtkosten des Raumes, Miete, Nebenkosten, Wasser, Gas, Heizung, GEZ, Internet, Telefon und Eletrizität sind: 264,60 €.

Die Kaution für diesen Raum beträgt:292,50 €

RAUM 2:
Dieser Raum ist 11m² groß und hat einen sonnigen Balkon, auf dem man einen schönen Ausblick über die Dächer von Johannis und der Bucher Straße hat. Der Raum ist nicht groß, aber er bietet genügend Platz um sich mit allem einzurichten, was man braucht. Auf dem Balkon könnte man es sich gemütlich machen mit einem kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühlen, um den Sonnenuntergang und Sommertage in Nürnberg zu genießen.
Wegen des Balkons hat dieses Zimmer den ganzen Tag über Sonnenlicht und ist sehr hell.

Dieser Raum könnte entweder als ein ganz normaler Raum für eine Person, die nur einen Raum mieten möchte, vermietet werden. Es wäre aber auch möglich diesen Raum als gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer zu nutzen, wenn der neue Mitbewohner/in nur den anderen, größeren Raum mieten möchte.

Der Raum hat ein Fenster und eine Balkontür, beide sind neuwertig und doppelt isoliert. Wiegesagt, dieser Raum ist sehr hell und sehr gemütlich, mit einer hohen Decke. Du wirst dich sofort zuhause fühlen:) Der Raum ist nicht möbeliert!

Die Gesamtkosten dieses Raumes, insklusive der Miete, der Nebenkosten, Wasser, Gas, Heizung, GEZ, Internet, Telefon und Elektrizität wären:

Die Umgebung:

Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr zentralen Gegend gelegen. Man läuft fünf Minuten zur Burg, zu den Burgmauern und der Altstadt. Den Weihnachtsmarkt kann man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichen, genauso wie die Stadtmitte mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

We have two nice rooms to rent in a comfortable, big international apartment. The flat is located between Bucher Straße and Pirckheimer Straße, close to Johannis neighbourhood, five minutes walking to city center, the castle and Friedrich-Eber Platz U-Bahn station. The flat is in the fifth floor of an old building. The floor and the windows of all the rooms have been renovated.

Two of our current flat mates are leaving in December, so we are looking for one flat mate (m/w) interested in taking both rooms or two people (m/w) interested in taking one each. Both rooms will be available from 1.12.2016 for a long term rent.

And now a little bit of information about each of the rooms 

Room 1

This is the largest one, with 16 m². It has a big window, with a nice west view to Johannis. As you can see in the photos, it is possible to enjoy a beautiful sunset in Nuremberg Roofs.

The room is really bright and comfortable and has enough place for a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, an armchair and a bookcase. The room is very spacious, with high ceilings. The window has double-glazing. The room is not furnished.

The total cost of the room, including rent, additional costs, water, gas, heating, radio/TV tax, internet, telephone and electricity is: 264,60 €

The deposit is: 292,50 €

Room 2

This room has 11 m² and a sunny balcony, with a panorama of Johnanis’ Roofs and Bucher Straße. The room is not huge, but have enough space for a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. In the balcony it is possible to place a small table and two chairs to enjoy the sunset and the summer days in Nürnberg. Because of the balcony this room has sunlight all day long and it’s very pleasant.

The room can be used as a regular shared flat room if one person takes only this room, or as a living/office room if one person takes the two rooms.

The room has one window and one balcony-door, both of them with double-glazing. The place is very bright and cozy, with high ceilings, you will feel at home immediately. The room is not furnished.

The total cost of the room, including rent, additional costs, water, gas, heating, radio/TV tax, internet, telephone and electricity is: 231,98 €

The deposit is: 292,50 €

The place
The apartment is located in a very centric area, five minutes walking from the Castle, the city walls and the historical centre. The Nürnberg Christmas market can be reached by 15 minutes by walk, as well the shopping area in the centre.

Also, there are many supermarkets, banks and shops surrounding, like Netto, Rewe, Aldi, DM, EDEKA, Sparkasse, Sparda Bank, Commerze Bank, etc.

The underground station Friedrich-Eber Platz and the tramway line are really close (5 minutes walking). Another bus lines can be find in Friedrich-Eber Platz crossing (5 minutes walking).

If you are looking for green areas, there is a park really near, perfect to make a picnic, enjoy the sun or play ping-pong. (5 minutes walking).

The Pegnitz park to jogging, go for a walk or make a barbecue is 15 minutes walking through the beautiful Johannis neighbourhood.

The flat

The flat has four rooms, one bathroom with bath, a separated toilet and a kitchen with balcony. The place is not brand new, but is well looked after. There is also a washing machine. The whole place has gas heating.

This is a friendly flat with nice, open-minded people. You will be living with Elettra (36) and Dorothea (28). Elettra has History of Art studied and Dorothea is a graphic designer. We both work, but we enjoy also spend time with our flat mates, for example having dinner or just hanging out. The flat is quiet and it is possible to study and work. Moreover, the atmosphere is good and the living together is easy.

Our hobbies are travelling, going out with friends, meet new people, music and cultural events and much more!!
