Dear everyone

Ricardo, 26 (Brasilian) and myself 28 (Mexican) are looking for a new roomate.
We have a wonderful 130 m² "designer" appartment which we would love to share with one of you.

The appartment has 5 rooms. One of this would be yours which is around 22m². For the room you will have to pay 450€ which inlcudes pretty much everything. Light, gas, fastest internet in the market and last but not least SKY with all the packages included (movies, sky sport etc etc)

Our roomate Eric had to leave us in short notice so now thats why we are looking for someone to take his place. Ricardo and myself both work for PUMA, we love sports, we are always watching football together and very often we have people at home

We love to have friends around and go out on one side but on the other we are not students anymore. So we can say that from Monday to Friday is a very serious and quite house, on the weekend is where everything is going on. (parties are unfortunately prohibited in the building :()

If you are interested in the international scene and hanging around open, extremely easy going persons this is your house. Last but not least we both are extremely clean and we have a "putzfrau" and we both HATE cheap people that are counting every cent for tomatoes, salt, pepper etc ... :) :)
