Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten und sehr hell. Es gibt einen Rolladen. Somit bleibt das Zimmer im Winter schön warm und im Sommer kühl.
Im Zimmer befindet sich momentan ein Tisch, ein Stuhl, ein Kleiderständer, eine Matratze. Das kann so genutzt werden oder du richtest komplett nach eigenem Geschmack ein.
Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert, frisch gestrichen und hat neuen Fußboden. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss hat 2 Schlafzimmer (das kleinere Zimmer ist besetzt), ein großes gemeinsamer Wohn- und Esszimmer (mit Sofa) und eine große Terrasse. Zu jedem Zimmer gibt es ein eigenes, komplett neu renoviertes Bad. Zum größeren Zimmer gehört das größere Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche, eigenem Waschbecken, eigenem WC. Die Einbauküche wird zusammen genutzt. Die neue Waschmaschine kann mitbenutzt werden.

The room has a rectangular form and ist very bright. There are blinds. Therefore the room stays cool in the summer time and warm in the winter time.
An airmatress, table and chair and a clothes rack are currently in the room and can be used or you bring your own furniture.
The flat is on the ground floor and is totally newly renovated with new flooring. It has two bedrooms, a very big dining and living room as well as a sunny terrase (South /West) going out in the garden. Furthermore a totally newly renovated own bathroom with a bathtub, own sink, own toilet. and own shower. The kitchen will be used together, washing machine available.


Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. Die U Bahn Station Rosengärtchenweg ist 2 min zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen und in 20 min am Uni Campus Westend oder 15 min zur S Bahn-Station (Oberursel Bahnhof) und innerhalb von 20 min bis zur Hauptwache. Zu Fuß nur 5 min zum großen EDEKA. Nach nur 10 min zu Fuß erreicht man den (Waldrand) Hohemark direkt am Taunus. Die International School ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schnelle Anbindung an die A661 (3 min mit dem Auto)

The apartment has the perfect location, you only need to walk 2 min to the U-Bahn Station ( U3 Rosengärtchen) and could be in 20 min at the Uni-Campus-Westend or in a little over 30 min at the Hauptwache. The S Bahn (Oberursel Bahnhof) is 10 min away from the apartment. The nearby grocery store EDEKA is in 5 min walking distance. If you're ever stressed out you can reach the forest (Taunus) in under 10 min to calm down.
The International School is nearby. Fast connection to the A661 ( 3 min with the car).


WG-Leben:
Mitbewohner M (21) absolviert aktuell eine Ausbildung. Er ist eher ruhiger. Verbringt viel Zeit in der Natur (im Wald). Wohnt in der WG schon seit einigen Monaten und kann euch bestimmt ein wenig herumführen.

Roomate M (21) is currently in an Internship. Is pretty calm relaxed. Likes to send lots of time in Nature (forest) He has been living there since a couple od months. He can show you around all of the best places in Oberursel or Frankfurt.
Likes to do things together but also gives space.

Gerne können sich auch Studenten / Praktikanten / Azubis melden die nur vorübergehend eine Bleibe suchen.
Beim Ein- und Auszug sind wir flexibel.
