In our large duplex shared flat, the 1st February the upper floor free. Yes, that's right, you would have your own floor with a bedroom and your own living room. With 45 square meters, there is enough space. I was able to accommodate a huge corner sofa, a dining table for 6 people and even a weight bench. Another highlight is the sun-drenched bedroom with continuous window front incl. Access to the roof terrace.
We are an international house house while most of us speak German, some of us only speak English although are currently enrolled in German classes. We also have two Chinese speakers.
With 175 square meters over 2 floors, the shared flat is well-sized and has correspondingly large common areas. Of the 175sqm, 85sqm are communal living space. A total of 6 rooms are divided into 2 floors. The apartment is fully furnished. Kitchen (with kitchen table, chairs, bench, kitchen utensils, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer), an approximately 30sqm large and equipped communal living room, 2 bathrooms with bathtub/shower as well as a guest toilet, a washing machine in an extra room, storage room, cellar, parking space and roof with a view of the Frankfurt skyline. The two balconies (one small and one large) are located in the 2. Floor. In addition, there is a secret access to the roof on which you can enjoy a 360-degree view (no fear of heights). Some people have already ended the day here with a bottle of wine...
Hohe Straße is located in a nice corner in Offenbach (if you look out of the window, look into the green) and is centrally located: 2 minutes to Offenbach main station and from there 10 minutes by train to Frankfurt Central Station or 15 minutes by S-Bahn to the University of Frankfurt. A Rewe and Pennymarkt are each a minute's walk away.
Currently, Cordula (27 years old), Beicao (26 years old) and also Kuhn (28 years old) however while Kuhn travels South Africa with his girlfriend his room is sublet to Mohammed (26 years old) . Unfortunately, I will paint the sails after 1 year here, as I now want to move in with my girlfriend.
Due to the large apartment, your guests also have enough space and are cordially invited. We also sit together in the evening, cook and philosophize or enjoy our peace. Thanks to our cleaning plan, it also stays clean with us. :)
