Hallo!

My name is María Fernanda Barinas, I’m from Colombia and I was admitted to a Master’s program at Goethe University in Frankfurt. I will be traveling in October, so I am already searching for a place to live.

I’m looking for a furnished room in Frankfurt or a close by city to move in with my cat. He's a seven-year-old indoor cat, very calm, shy and quiet (he never scratches or bite anything). We currently live together in Bogotá, my hometown, and I'm taking him with me because we are always together and I could never leave him behind.

About me, well, I am 26 years old, I’m a very quiet person and I really love spending time at home with my cat. I don't speak German, but I'm already learning. I have a bachelor degree in literature, I don't smoke, I like to paint, listening to music and spending time on social media. Even though I've been living alone for almost three years now, I'm willing to take the responsibilities and live the experience of a shared flat. I'm a friendly easy-going person, also, in my last year of college I spent an Erasmus semester in Warsaw and I lived in a shared room, so I already have some experience having roommates.

I'm looking for a furnished room of at least 14mts, because I know my cat will be almost all the time in the room and I want him to be comfortable. It can be located in Frankfurt or a close by city (I don't mind if I have to take a one-hour train ride to get to the university, that's okay). My budget for the rent is 500 euros.
