3er-WG-Zimmer in Altstadt ab Anfang April (späterer Einzug möglich)

Perfekte Lage! Ich würde nie wieder tauschen wollen. Die Bushaltestelle Makartplatz erreichst du in zwei bis drei Minuten, in unserem Haus ist unten ein italienischen Restaurant, zum Spar und Billa ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung. Und das Allerwichtigste: In nur dreißig Sekunden bist du beim Darwins und beim Pepe, zum Schnaitl schaffst du's auch in knapp einer Minute. Und um auf die andere Seite der Salzach zu kommen, Richtung Getreidegasse, musst du auch nur über die Staatsbrücke!

Perfect location! I would never want to change again. You can reach the Makartplatz bus stop in two to three minutes, there's an Italian restaurant downstairs in our building, and Spar and Billa are just a stone's throw away. And the most important thing: you can be at Darwins and Pepe in just 30 seconds and Schnaitl in just under a minute. And to get to the other side of the Salzach, towards Getreidegasse, you only have to cross the Staatsbrücke!

Ich bin Leona, 23 Jahre alt und studiere Kunstgeschichte an der Uni Salzburg. Ich wohne gemeinsam mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Sara (23) zusammen, die hier Recht und Wirtschaft studiert und in der Steuerberatung arbeitet. Trotz unserer unterschiedlichen Berufe sind wir uns sehr ähnlich und suchen eine Dritte, die ebenso dazu passt. Uns ist es sehr wichtig, eine Freundschaft als Grundlage für das Zusammenwohnen zu haben.
Wir sind ziemlich busy und immer viel unterwegs – aber das kann man doch perfekt mit dir verbinden!! Lust auf ne Lernsession, danach in eine Bar und später dann tanzen gehen? Oder wir machen richtig schön Kulturprogramm und klappern mal Galerien und Museen ab.

I'm Leona, 23 years old and I'm studying art history at the University of Salzburg. I live together with my flatmate Sara (23), who is studying law and economics here and works in tax consultancy. Despite our different professions, we are very similar and are looking for a third person who also fits in. It's very important to us to have a friendship as a basis for living together.
We're pretty busy and always on the go - but we can combine that perfectly with you! Fancy a study session, then going to a bar and dancing later? Or we could do a really nice cultural program and visit galleries and museums.

Gründliches Putzen ist sehr wichtig :) Es sollte nicht große wöchentliche Putzaktionen geben müssen, lieber räumt jede direkt hinter sich her, wenn mal was daneben geht.

Please be tidy. Thorough cleaning is very important :) There shouldn't have to be big weekly cleaning actions, everyone prefers to clean up after themselves if something goes wrong.
