Habitación acogedora, espaciosa y luminosa en el centro de Sevilla; en el barrio de la Encarnación junto a las Setas (barrio muy tranquilo con supermercados y comercios al lado). La habitación cuenta con 2 balcones, uno al patio interior y otro da a la calle Doña María Coronel (tienes un naranjo con azahar justo abajo); aparte de la cama doble, incluye también un armario muy grande, un cajonero grande con espejo y un escritorio grande para estudiar. La habitación se encuentra en una casa típica sevillana de 3 plantas, con mucha luz, con dos terrazas (una en el ático) y con elementos de decoración típicos sevillanos. Hay suficientes baños para todas las estudiantes, el baño se suele compartir con otra chica más. La casa dispone de 2 cocinas y 2 lavadoras y dispone de varias salas comunes para socializar. El ambiente de la casa es muy bueno, es fácil hacer amigas. MUY RECOMENDABLE PARA CHICAS ESTUDIANTES; ERASMUS O TRABAJADORAS JOVENES QUE QUIERAN VIVIR UNA FANTÁSTICA EXPERIENCIA EN SEVILLA.
