【further information】
I'm going to study a Master's program in International Management and Information Systems at Fachhochschule Südwestfalen this summer semester. I'm arriving there on March 21st. I'm looking for a WG room or a single room apartment in Soest, Unna ,Hamm, Bönen, Werl, Welver, Bad Sassendor , Lippstadt etc. I don't care where to live as long as I can get to school within approx 1 hour.

I’m often told by my friends and colleagues that I'm calm, friendly,sociable and easy to get along with. I think this is because I originally do like to interact with various kinds of people and I’ve joined different communities, for example club activities, job, classes, hobbies etc. (please see below )

When it comes to living together, I'm all about keeping things clean and organized. I believe a tidy space contributes to a positive living environment. Of course, I respect everyone's privacy and understand the importance of clear communication in a shared accommodation.

Financially, I have enough savings during my stay and will never bother you with payment. I can provide proof of my ability to cover rent and expenses on time with the blocked bank account.(being processed) Besides,I used to work at a bank and I know how crucial it is to keep things running smoothly on the financial front.

【hobbies/spare time】
I’ll be pretty focused on my studies, but I also enjoy a good balance of work and play.
I do enjoy indoor and outdoor activities and I’m a curious person.

Cooking:
Currently, I cook almost every dinner for my family. I cook not only Japanese but also Italian, Mexican, Thai, Chinese and so on. I do like cooking and eating international cuisine and I don’t have likes and dislikes in food.

Cleaning up:
Cleaning and tidying up make me feel refreshed,so I’m willing to do so in both shared and private areas in your accommodation.
Besides I can share some tips and useful goods for cleaning because I’ve had a part time job as a cleaning staff at a hotel and lived alone for 6 years.

Soccer:
I’ve been playing soccer and futsal for more than 5 years. Also, I like watching soccer(Premier League, Bundesliga, Japanese League) . Currently, I play it once or twice a week.

Swimming and running:
I used to have a part time job as a swimming instructor and I’ve joined and completed Spartan races a few times.

Traveling:
I really like exploring new countries and experiencing different cultures.I’ve been to more than 10 countries so far and I’d love to travel more.

Others:
reading,snowboarding,tennis, surfing, music, climbing, hiking,fashion, guitar, table tennis

【work experience】
Bank:
I used to work as a full time worker at a city bank which is the 3rd biggest in Japan and I was engaged in corporation loans for 2.5 years.

IT:
I currently work in IT and my responsibility is to plan and arrange an internet banking application.

Part time job:
I also have experience working at a hotel, fast food restaurant, luxury restaurant, gym etc.
