Hey,
my bulgarian flatmate is looking for a new flatmate after I have to move out. Don't worry he speaks English.... and even some German.
The flat is new and kept clean. It is euqipped with everything you need. (kitchenware, bed linen, furniture etc.)
The house is located in the south of Sofia. You can see the Vitosha mountain from the balcony :-) It is right next to basar Borovo, where you can find fresh vegetables and bulgarien cheese and a supermarket. For those who like more modern shopping...the next shopping mall is a 10 Minutes walk.
You can easily reach the city centre. Just walk 2 minutes to the very close busstop of trolleybus 2 and 9 or bus 204. A little further walk (max. 10 min) is the tram stop of the numbers 4,5,11,19 and 7. And you can walk to the busses 63 and 64 that will take you to the Vitosha mountain at the weekends :-)
The price for heating will be a bit higher during the winter season (but bulgarians usually do not mention that in their falt offerings)
If you prefer to keep the apartment clean and like living in a shared flat, so call or write.
