About our flat
The room with a size of about 18 m2 is on the 1st floor of a 7-room flat-share in a house over three floors with 2 Bathrooms and 2 individual toilet. Moreover, a storage room for food, a huge storage for whatever you would like, 2 fridges, a freezer, a dishwasher, and of course, all rooms, kitchens and bathrooms are heated via a radiator.
Some plus, there are trees, such as pears, apple and cherries in our garden. As well as a greenhouse!

About our Flatmates
You would share the flat with other 6 amazing tenants. At the moment, 4 males and 2 females. They are super nice, friendly and helpful.

About our neighborhood
The WG is at a quiet neighbor which near nature, beer garden and a church.
A bus stop is within 1 min walking distance, which take you to the city within 8 min. Although you can just park your car/bike if you happen to have one without parking fee. Which can be perfect place for a driver like you!
The river flows very close to the WG and it's wonderful to go for runs, walks cycle rides along its banks. As well as a beautiful lake in our neighborhood.

Who am I looking for
I am prioritize a potential tenant who is willing to take over the furniture with a large bed frame and comfy mattress, desk, office chair, closet and some storage shelf.
