Lage
A very large room with sufficient cupboards and a single bed I offered for a period of one month only. The room is very spacious with a desk and table with 2 monitors on it.
It will be a sublet room for the full month of March so the deposit is only €100 and will be returned on 2nd April, as soon as I have a chance to check the room when I return.
It is located on the first floor of a three floor apartment and is very easily accessible by S-Bahn and bus.
The WG has 3 other flatmates who are male, 2 from India and one from Pakistan. All of them are very friendly, helpful and easy to get along with.
There is a separate WC and Bathroom for easy use and there is almost never a waiting time. The kitchen is also spacious with everything that is necessary. It also has a kettle, toaster, microwave and a rice cooker. You will of course, also have sufficient space in the fridge and freezer and a full shelf to store your shelf stable products in the kitchen.
The WG is only a short 4 minutes walk away from the S-Bahn station of Favoritepark where the S4 services.
You only need 2 minutes on the S-Bahn to reach Ludwigsburg Bahnof for many RE connections. It is also only a 12 minute S-Bahn Ride to Feuerbach, where there is the main Bosch offices and 18 minutes to the Stuttgart Central Train Station (Hbf). The S-Bahn has a frequency of once every 15 minutes so it's very convenient no matter where you need to go.
The WG is located only 3 minutes away from 3 different bus stops which have the bus routes of 424, 425 and 426. Only 10 minutes away from either Ludwigsburg Bahnof and IKEA as well as 10 minutes to Porshe and Bosch, Ludwigsburg.
Only 2 minutes by foot is Nah und gut, an Edeka Brand Supermarkt and further 8 minutes away by walk there is lidl and netto. Also 10 minutes away from the WG is Rewe. There is also a Turkish store only 4 minutes away and also a Sparkasse near it. Nah und gut also has a DHL for dropping and picking up packages and the Turkish store has a Hermes.
