Ostendplatz Wg-Zimmer mit bester Aussicht

Hallo!
Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der mein Zimmer in meiner schönen Wohnung in Stuttgart Ost ab 01.07 übernimmt.

Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Stuttgart Ost, in der Nähe des Ostendplatzes.
U-Bahn u4/u9 Karl-Olga Krankenhaus ist 7min zu Fuß, und Sie können in der Innenstadt in nur 4 Haltestellen sein.
Bus 42 und 40 nur 3min zu Fuß, und man ist in nur 5min am Hauptbahnhof 🙂
Erreichbar zu Fuß gibt es alles was man braucht in Ostendplatz, Rewe, Dm, Apotheke, Post, wie Restaurants oder Cafés.
In 4min Fußweg befindet sich ein Penny.
Auch einige schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind in der Nähe: in 12min mit einem chilligen Spaziergang kann man zum schönen VillaBerg Park gelangen und in 15min zum Schlossgarten, 12min zur Uhlandshohe.

Wohnung:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und besteht aus einer offenen Raumküche mit Wohnzimmer, Bad, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem schönen Dachgeschoss-Zimmer auf der zweiten Ebene, das den besten Blick auf die Stuttgarter Hügel bietet und die Wohnung sehr einzigartig macht.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet: Alles, was man braucht, ist bereits vorhanden, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Küchengeräte etc.
Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und Sie können mit dem Vormieter entscheiden, welche Möbel Sie behalten möchten.

Wg-leben:
Sie werden die Wohnung mit Bence teilen.
Er ist 28 Jahre alt, kommt aus Budapest und arbeitet in Stuttgart als Designer.
Wir suchen einen unkomplizierten Mitbewohner; da die Wohnung viel Gemeinschaftsraum bietet, wäre es schön, eine gemütliche und freundliche Atmosphäre in der Wg zu schaffen, aber natürlich kann man auch seine private Zeit und seinen Raum haben 🙂

I am looking for someone to take over my room in my pretty apartment in Stuttgart Ost.

Lage:
The flat is located in Stuttgart Ost, in the sorrounding of Ostendplatz.
U-Bahn u4/u9 Karl-Olga Krankenhaus is 7min walk, and you can be in the city center in just 4 stops.

The apartment is in the 3d floor and is composed of an open spatious kitchen with living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and a beautiful Dachgeschoss room on a second level which offers the best view on the Stuttgarter hills, and makes the flat very unique.
The kitchen is fully equipped: Everything you need is already there, dishwasher, washingmachine, kitchen tools etc.
The room is 14sqm and you can decide with the previous tenant which furniture you want to keep.

Wg-leben:
You will be sharing the flat with Bence.
He is 28, from Budapest and working in Stuttgart as a designer.
We’re looking for an easy going flatmate; since the flat offers a lot of common space it would be nice to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere in the Wg, but of course you can have your private time and space 🙂
