In knapp 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am zentralen Ostendplatz, wo es einen Rewe, Bäcker, Restaurants und Imbisse, Ärzte, Friseure, etc. gibt. Daimler und Bosch in Untertürkheim sind ca 3 km entfernt und mit dem Bus ohne Umsteigen sehr schnell erreichbar. Auch die Cannstatter Wasen sind quasi um die Ecke.

Auch der Schlossgarten ist in etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Durch diesen kann man bis zum Hauptbahnhof oder in die Innenstadt flanieren. Auch der Neckar ist um die Ecke, der perfekt für eine Joggingrunde geeignet ist.

Die Wohnung ist 60 qm groß, sauber und ordentlich, sodass sich jeder wohlfühlen kann. In der schönen voll ausgestatteten Küche mit großem Esstisch lässt sich gut kochen und schön zusammen sitzen. Das Bad ist modern und verfügt über eine Badewanne. Es gibt ein separates WC und die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert.

Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten sowie Internet enthalten. Die Kaution beträgt 1000 Euro.

In this very nice 3-person shared flat in Friedenaustraße 2 in Stuttgart East a nice and modern room is becoming available. It has a closet with plenty of space, a queen sized bed, a TV with Netflix as well as a desk and chair.

The location is ideal. The apartment is quiet and the street has little traffic, yet in just 3 minutes walking distance you're at the nearest subway which takes you quickly and often to Stuttgart center. In just under 5 minutes you can walk to the central Ostendplatz, where there is a big supermarket, bakeries, restaurants and snack bars, doctors, hairdressers, etc.. Daimler and Bosch in Untertürkheim are about 3 km away and can be reached very quickly by bus without having to change. The Cannstatter Wasen are within walking distance. In other words, both university and industry is easily reached and close by.

The Schlossgarten is also about 10 minutes walk away. You can stroll through it to the main train station or into the shopping streets of the city center. The Neckar River is also around the corner, perfect for a jog, walk or bike ride.

The apartment is 60 sqm in total and clean and tidy, so everyone can feel comfortable. In the beautiful fully equipped kitchen with the large dining table invites you to cook and sit together.
