WG-Zimmer am Bihlplatz

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, die nächste Ubahn-Station Bihlplatz ist eine Minute entfernt, man läuft nur fünf Minuten in den Wald und man kommt gut mit dem Fahrrad rum, weil es nicht wirklich bergig ist. In nächster Nähe sind direkt zwei Bäckereien, eine Post und eine Apotheke, was sehr praktisch ist haha. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Laden der frische Sachen anbietet. Die neue Bibliothek am Erwin-Schöttle-Platz erreicht man in 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Marienplatz kommt man sehr fix mit der Ubahn und dort findet man mehrere Supermärkte, Kneipen, Bars, Cafes, Apotheken, Drogerien und Restaurants, alles eigentlich. Es gibt auch viele 2nd hand Geschäfte hier.

The location is awesome, the next station Bihlplatz is just a one minute walk, its a five minute walk to the woods and you can go pretty much anywhere by bike as this part of town is mostly flat. There's two bakeries, one post office and a pharmacy within slippers & PJs reach. Very handy. There's also a small grocer offering fresh produce around the corner. You can reach the new library at Erwin-Schöttle-Platz in about 8 minutes on foot. Or you take the subway to Marienplatz (3 mins) where there's several supermarkets, drug stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, corner shops etc. There's also heaps of thrift stores and boutiques in that area.

Deine Mitbewohner werden Roman und Edo sein. Roman ist 22, sehr aktiv und gesprächig und eine sehr fröhliche Person. Er wohnt seit Februar hier und ist der größte Fan unserer Spülmaschine! Er tanzt sehr begeistert und kocht gerne mit uns gesundes Essen und ist für jeden Witz zu haben. Edo ist 27 und ein sehr entspannter Kerl mit dem man sehr gut auskommt. Er ist sehr fleißig und promoviert an der Uni Stuttgart, aber geht gerne mit uns ein Bier trinken. Er spielt die Gitarre und ist begeistert für Motorsport und Fußball (so wie Roman).
In der WG läuft alles recht entspannt. Man achtet aufeinander und dass man die Räume nicht verschmutzt hinterlässt, und wenn doch mal etwas ist, redet man eben drüber und dann passt das. Was gemeinsame Aktivitäten betrifft sind gemeinsames Kochen, kneipentour oder Tischtennis spielen hoch im Kurs, aber das kann sich ja ändern hehe

Your flatmates are gonna be Roman and Edo. Roman is 22 years old, is very outgoing and active, a chatty and happy person in general. He moved in in february and immediately fell in love with our dishwasher. Dancing is one of his greatest passions, he likes cooking dinner with his flatmates and cracking jokes on the regular. Edo is 27 years old, very relaxed and also very fun to be around. He is very hard working and currently getting his PhD, so he's quite busy but has joined us on the occasional night out several times, grabbing a beer or two. He plays the guitar, is into motorsports and into soccer (just like Roman).
You'll have no issues with them as long as you understand to clean up after yourself and you're able to communicate your needs to them. Common sense regarding cleanliness and living together is self explanatory, everything beyond that you will just have to vocalise and I'm sure you'll get things sorted out :) Common activities include cooking together, going out for beers, playing ping-pong or watching soccer.

Das war eigentlich das wichtigste, außer wir haben einen Elektroherd, eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne! Und das Klo ist separat vom Badezimmer. Wenn du vor 1. Mai einziehen willst, gib bescheid.

There's not much left to say except we have an electric stove, a washing machine and a bathtub. And that the toilet is separated from the bathroom. If you need to move in before May 1st, just let us know.
