We are finding a new flatmate to take over one of the rooms in our wg. The house itself is in a excellent location located on Österberg, meaning super close to city center but also having a mixture of a quiet area with lots of greens in the summer.
The room is around 14 qm, wiht a breathtaking view to the city. Our kitchen is pretty big. There is a common area in the kitchen where you can chill a bit with your flatmates or your friends. And you can start your day with a cup of coffee with the dreamy sunlights in the kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are separated, so we don’t really have a Stau. And the plus is the bathroom is renovated 2/3 years ago so the condition is good. We also have our washing machine and dish washer right in the wg so it's convenient.
Connection:
Bus 10 goes up to Österberg.
Or alternatively by walk you can easily reach the city center in a less than 10 minutes.
Flatmates:
We have Elisa and Marvin livning in the WG now, both studying at the Uni.
Furnitures:
the room will be rented unfurnished. Then you have a chance to decorate the room as you like!
