Hello,
My name is Pei and I am looking for a female to sublet my room between December 21, 2023 and January 06, 2024 (possibly check-in after 18:00 on December 20, 2023 and check-out before 12:00 on January 07, 2024 ). I live with Ismet (31) and Anas (25), and there will be one or two more roommates to be confirmed as well. We are a happy mix of different cultures and professions in our WG.
The vacant room is 15 m² in size and has a nice big Window to the South. Blue-River passes by our Building and covers up street sounds by a nice water sound. Rent is 250€ in total - heating, electricity, rubbish, water and wifi is included.
The room is fully-furnished. I am looking for a female who is organized and tidy, willing to take care of my room nicely as well as my lovely plants. :))
The flat is with 130 m² rather big. A living space and kitchen are connected and have enough room for nice meals and game nights. In the living area there is also a piano and artists are very welcome :) We have a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet. For unused stuff and our washing machine, there is a room in the cellar. No specific parking ground, but good parking situation - but even better if you just got a bike ;) Our favourite vehicle of transportation, the bike, does not get rusty, we have a bike space outside and in the cellar as well!
Shopping possibilities are in 5 minutes walking distance. We are surrounded by Kaufland, Aldi, Ikea and a nice park area.
City center is not even 10 minutes by bike. Uni can be reached by bus or tram in short time.
To live with us is relaxed. We like to spend time together, to cook and eat good food. Also chilling with coffee and tea on our balcony is common :) For sports, game nights and other stuff there will be someone with motivation :) and sometimes there will be freshly handmade bread. But you can also rest and work in peace if needed.
I am looking forward meeting you in person and to get to know you. However, we are open to virtually or in person house viewing. Internationals are warmly welcome!
