Room needed with nice people

I'm Julian, a professional, working and studding German language. I would be your potential new tenant. I have moved to Spittal Valley this winter and currently live in a flat share nearby Spittal.
Due to my very busy and independent lifestyle I look preferably for a WG room in house, flat or apartment whatever! However, I would like to live with great people and easy going people with lots of positive energy.
I am a chilled out kind of person, enjoy quality things in life. I do drink but not often and not to excess, I don’t smoke. I am a very outgoing and active person, but also one of the most easygoing housemates you can probably find, as I am usually just at home to sleep and rest. I tend to be friendly and keep atmosphere at home in the same way. I am definitely clean and tidy, responsible and respectful to others tenants. I have a few hobbies like everyone on this plant. I like architecture: modern and medieval that’s why I am interested in ART subject from paintings to the design. Additional I love sports so I am pretty often in the gym but not only there as I like spending time outdoor so walks, jogging, biking etc. Apart of humanistic interest I am into Tech and science so love to read magazines and publication related to chemistry.
As I work out of the Villach properties in City Center would obviously preferred, however a direct bus link or a train line station would do as well. I technically can or need to move pretty soon, however latest by end of February. After I would sleep in some local airbnbs

Preferably I could visit your place after 6 o’clock if this is fine.
