Accessibility:
- Off the X82, 826, 828 bus lines that run between Leinfelden/ Stuttgart Airport and Tubingen HBF. If you’re a student, it’s one stop outside the Naldo network, so you would need an extended pass or Deutschlandkarte
- Lidl and Edeka are both 10 minutes walk away, DM and AWG five minutes. Ritter Sport Factory is at the end of my street and a great place for hikes (they’re off the nature reserve) or for a café stop
Details:
- Warm rent is 350 Euros for the space, where you can choose between the upstairs office and the smaller bedroom on the main floor ---- the layout of the smaller bedroom only allows for a 90x100 or 120x100 bed but I have a 90x100 in place along with desk and chair. This can be moved to the office space if that suits you better
- The rental period would be April to October, but this is flexible
- The apartment is large (100m2) with a loft space, balcony which looks on the castle, good sized kitchen, wood stove, and open living area. It’s furnished and decorated
About the people/ pets:
- I have a massive German Shepherd who will want to be your best friend. He still jumps when you first walk in and sheds everywhere so I’m constantly vacuuming. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t just tolerate him but embraces him being in the space
- I’m an older student (38 F) ---- I cook, read, and do movie nights. I’ll occasionally have friends over for drinks and goofy hangouts (DnD, craft nights). I’m organized but don’t keep the place spotless, so no pressure if you don’t
- Looking for someone chill and friendly who will appreciate the little oasis this place is
