Hi Guys,
I am looking for a roommate for a room (180x200 Bed inkl. Topper is already in it).
It is a 16qm room which is accessible by a staircase directly from the living room. The house is very open and has few walls. The house is freshly renovated and all appliances are available and included in the rent. (Complete Kitchen, washing machine, wifi, dryer, a grill in the garden and so on)
The house is very eco friendly with a lot of solar for electricity and heating on the roof.
I am looking for a reliable person who pays their rent, is not messy and is a decent person. Having a beer sometimes and enjoying a barbecue in the garden with some friends is all good and nice. House parties are also fine, when they are not a surprise. I am an introvert who knows how to have fun, but this is my cave and I need a roommate who repects boundaries and can / will communicate openly so we get along 🙂

In the Center of Walldorf, Bus to Heidelberg is 30sec walk away. Bus to train station 2 minutes. Supermarkets, Bank, Restaurants of all kinds are close by. We have one of the most beautiful swimming pools, a sauna, a small zoo, etc. But Walldorf is a small and boring town where everyone knows everyone , so this is not a place for party lovers, although Heidelberg is not far away
I am a normal dude with his puppy, we live our own little life and bother no one. I am looking for a new job at the moment and will soon start entering the workforce again. I speak German, English and a bit Spanish.
