Shared Apartment

I'm a 32 year old international student at Hochschule Ravensburg-Weingarten. I'm looking for a shared apartment (furnished), preferably in Weingarten - in close proximity to the Hochschule, starting 1st March 2021.

I like to think of myself as an expressive person who from time to time likes to indulge in deep, meaningful conversations. Among family and friends I've been known as someone who holds a decent reputation of being clean and organized. I'm currently living in a WG and I greatly respect the need of cleanliness/organisation in the apartment, especially in common/shared area.

Now, to fairly balance the above mentioned possible positives about me, I'd like to add that I'm not really a party person, although small celebrations and random evening get-togethers are interesting to me. I prefer mingling with people belonging to different cultures rather than simply sticking to my own kinds. I speak English fluently and have been learning German for almost an year now. Although (because of the pandemic) I haven't really gotten a chance to apply much of my acquired German skills yet but I look forward to sharing a residential space with native Germans who would be kind enough to help me with the language from time to time and be patient with my mistakes. :)

Specifics: I don't smoke. I don't have any gender preferences regarding my future housemates.
