Hello together,

we are currently looking for a new addition to our WG-life - because I am moving to the Far East.
Our WG consists of Iñaki from Spain and Keith from Hong Kong. Both are super cool to hang around with.

The only condition: don't be super messy and if you like to spend some time in the kitchen and talk, you will be the perfect fit!!

I loved the WG - because it is very friendly, warm, cozy and your future room has two big windows into nature. You can hear the birds chirp. It's very calm and in winter very warm.
Our internet is great, too. We have a 300 Mbit/s connection and in addition to the wifi connection, I laid down a CAT8 cable right to the desk so you will have a great connection.

The room comes already furnitured, so you just have to take good care of everything. The deposit ("Kaution") is 950 €.

I personally love the location of the room. There is a tram station around the corner and the underground station Roßauer Länder is just 8 minutes by foot. You can find bicycle stands in front of the door, so with a bike you can cut the time down to 5 minutes.

If you are a nature lover, Augarten is one street away.
Karmelitermarkt is only ten minutes away by foot!

Billa is only 100 m and Bipa 300 m away.

I personally love the second district for all the nice old buildings. There are tons of bars at the Donaukanal, which is also only 10 minutes away by foot.

I am a little sad to leave the second district and I would always come back here.
