The room is really spacious with a large parquet floor and high ceilings, and it has two windows. It has two entrances, one from the walk-in closet and another one from the living room. Additionally, it does not face the main road, so it is relatively quiet.
All furniture will be left in the room, including a new TV, bed, desk, chair, lamp, mirror and a dresser. These items are still in pretty good condition and you will not need to pay anything to use it. The flat has a total of 150 sqm (!!) and you will have a large ( 10 sqm) bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sinks, as well as a bathtub that you will share with Theresa. The flat has 2 1/2 bathrooms altogether.
I can lend you my two electric scooters of the Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 model, as well as my bicycle, free of charge. This will allow you to avoid the need to purchase a public transport card ( 200€).
The location is amazing. The flat is situated right at the edge between the first and second district. Multiple grocery stores (Billa and Penny), restaurants, bakeries, pubs and pharmacies are right around the corner and the subway station 'Schottenring' is within 3 min walking distance. From Schottenring you can reach all parts of the city within 10 - 15 min by tram or subway. What is more, Stephansplatz and other city attractions in the first district are also within walking distance and reachable within 15 - 20 min. The University of Vienna is also solely a 15 min walk away - hence, no better place to live in Vienna! :)
The Karmelitermarkt is also nearby, featuring one of Vienna's most beautiful food markets.

This will give you and Theresa the opportunity to choose the person who will live in the apartment with you at the same time.
Theresa is half German half Polish, lived in Vienna for the past five years and just finished her Bachelor's in Literature. Soon she will start working at Burgtheater and probably be busy during the week - which does not prevent her from having a glas of wine (or two) on the weekends.
She is interested in everything that deals with arts and culture, enjoys going to museums and is also very enthusiastic about bar hopping and cooking.
We usually spent a lot of time together, whether it is cooking, going out or just watching a movie on our projector while having a couple of beers. We are a real catch and we are looking for someone who is also willing to partake in social activities. If you are interested, feel free to drop us a message. WG casting and visitations will be held from August 25 onwards.
Move-in date will be 1 September 2023.
If you need to move into the apartment before that date, we can make arrangements, considering that the room will be vacant starting from August 10th

An one-time installment of 200 Euros for common furniture, the dishwasher and washing machine is also to be charged. This amount will be used to repair or replace any damages caused to the furnishings of the apartment.
We are happy to welcome couples. We understand that the room is very spacious, and this comes with an additional cost. That's why we are very open to this option.
