*I am writing in English because it’s easiest for me but your new flatmates both speak fluent German also.*
The room is super spacious with two big windows which keeps it bright. The flat itself is made up of three bedrooms, a big entrance room, fully equipped kitchen, WC and large bathroom with big corner tub! I am moving out of the flat but we have a month where the room will be unoccupied! The total cost for 12-29 February would be 230€.
Lage
The location is amazing! The flat is only 5 minutes from the U2 entrance of schottenring station (also has u4) the tram 31 also leaves from right outside on the street. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the Donau kanal! Most central locations are within walking distance, for example it is super convenient for hauptuni.
WG-Leben
Your flatmates will be Blanka and Alessandro, who are both nice and lively people. They are currently in their final year studying fashion.

*The flat is available from 12-29th February. Please note that it is mostly unfurnished however I can provide a mattress and bedding*
