ÜBER DEINEN NEUEN WG-PARTNER: Da ich von Februar bis August für ein Praktikum in Barcelona bin, such ich eine neue Mitbewohnerin, die in der Zeit mit meinem Mitbewohner Nico zusammenwohnt. Nico kommt aus Deutschland, lebt seit einem Jahr in Wien, wo er seinen Job als Research Engineer bei IAT begonnen hat. In seiner Freizeit macht er gerne Sport: Laufen - er trainiert auf einen Halbmarathon 😱 - Volleyball, Spike Ball..., kocht gerne und ist auch immer für einen Spielabend mit Freunden oder einen Café (oder Bier) in einem der Cafés in der Nähe zu haben. ☕🎲

GROSSE GEMEINSAME WOHNFLÄCHE: Wir haben ein riesiges helles Wohnzimmer (24m2) das für gemütliches Zusammensitzen, Abendessen, Chillen auf der Couch oder Filmabende mit Freunden ideal ist! Die Küche ist schön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine!) Bad und WC teilen wir uns zu zweit. Auch unser Vorraum ist groß mit viel Stauraum. 🛋

ABOUT YOUR NEW FLATMATE. As I am doing an internship in Barcelona from February to August, I am looking for someone to live with my flatmate Nico during this time. Nico is from Germany and has been living in Vienna for a year, he works at IAT. In his free time he likes to do sports (running - he trains for a half marathon volleyball, spike ball...), likes to cook and is always up for a game night with friends or a coffee (or beer) in one of the cafés nearby.

LARGE LIVING ROOM: We have a huge bright living room (24m2) which is perfect for sitting together, dinner, chilling on the couch or having game nights with friends! 🍺 The kitchen is nice, spacious and well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine!) We share the bathroom and toilet. Our hallway is also large with plenty of storage space. 🛋

Wenn du eine besonders schöne WG in PERFEKTER Lage suchst, dann bist du hier richtig! Vor allem als Studentin, auf Auslandssemester, oder wenn du einfach übergangsmäßig hier wohnen möchtest ist die Wohnung natürlich perfekt, weil du dich nicht um die Möblierung kümmern musst - du darfst alles von mir benutzen, wenn du möchtest.

Especially as a student who is doing a semester abroad, or just wants to live here temporarily, the apartment is of course perfect, because you do not have to worry about buying or bringing furniture!
