Due to the epidemic, I can not arrive Vienna as planned so the room is available from now, you can move in anytime.

-The benefit of taking this room from me: I will pay the additional 90 euro for you when you sign the contract with the dorm. -Plus the original room price is 472euro per month, but my deal is 372euro per month if you take over from me, the deal least only to 31.07.2021 since after that I do not own the room anymore.
