Hi there!
I'll will leave Vienna and sadly move out of my room at Rasumofskygasse 4/25. So it is up for grabs from Dezember on! You will share the flat with Julia and Felix. Both are studying at the Angewandte and are usually on the road and working a lot. But still we used to meet, enjoy our time together and take part in each others life. Everybody does their share to maintain a comfy, tidy and friendly togetherness in the apartment. Taking care and respecting each other and the shared space is important to us.
Therefore we are preferably looking for someone who has some experience with shared living. As we are more of a tea-time than an after-hours-WG it's a plus if you are already in your twenties or something and looking for a cozy place.
The room is bright and quiet, even though the window faces the street. We share a big living room with space for working, plant-keeping, dinners with friends and other stuff. The flat is right next to the canal and you can walk to Prater in less than 5 minutes. Trams run right in front of the door and Landstraße with connections U3 and U4 as well as the S-Bahn can be reached in 10 minutes by foot.
