From now there will be a super cozy and bright room available in the 3rd district, Landstraße available .
We are searching for someone to stay who is looking to have her/his own space in a flat with an amazing location.
About our communal living:
Enjoy cooking, watching movies, being with friends as well as to travel.
Looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful who will enjoy cooking together, hanging out and having a glass of wine from time to time. If you like the sound of this, get in touch – I am looking forward to hear from you!!
Facts:
Rent: 550 EUR per month
Note: There is a one month Kaution/deposit, but no additional costs.
Room: The room is approx. 15 m2, it has a bed, a night table, a closet, a desk.
Flat: The flat has a WC and a Bathroom (separate), a storage room, a lovely kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, and everything you need for cooking is provided), and a big living room, you can use absolutely everything without any extra cost, but of course taking care of what has been provided.
Location: Eslarngasse, 3. District (Landstraße).
Transport: The Tram 71 is 5 mins away, the Bus 74A and 4A are 3 mins away from the door, and the station U3 Kardinal Nagel Platz is 8 minutes away. The S-Bahn (Rennweg) is 8 mins away.
Shopping: This is the best part ever. Hofer, Interspar, Billa are all in front of each other and are 5 mins away from the door. Also in the s-bahn station there is a LIDL.
Eating&Shopping: There are Korean, Chinese, Austrian, Italian restaurants max 5 mins away from the flat. DM, Bipa, Apotheke are only 6 mins away. Also, WIEN MITTE is only 10 minutes away by bus and there you have H&M, Douglas, MediaMarkt, Intersport, Müller, Libro, Comma, New Yorker, FitINN, Hervis, Swarovski, New Balance, etc.

The flat is really well situated, it's located on walking distance between Renweg (S-bahn) and Kardinal-Nagl-platz (U3).
It's pretty close to the city center and with the train you can access to the airport in 20-25 minutes.
