Halli Hello! Ciao! Salut! Shalom!
I am Irem and looking for a flatmate in this beautiful Viennese apartment! My old flatmate is moving out so now I am looking for a new flatmate in this new flat!(: The flat has two very big rooms and a huge entrance room, kitchen, bathroom and a separate WC. I already brought many things including some furnitures (you will be seeing in the pictures) from my old apartment. In your room you would have also a desk, a shelf and a little couch table for you. You don't have to have them, but if you want, they are yours!(: Your room is around 25m2 big and has a beautiful Parkett floor like the rest of the flat. The flat is new renovated and has all the necessary machines (wash machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, milk foam machine which I find super useful((: hehe) and a huge wardrobe in the entrance room that the half of it will be yours (it is very big, and takes plenty of stuff in it, so if you have many shoes or clothes or hats: no worries!!)
The rent is all included (Internet, Water, Gas etc..) You won't be paying anything extra. According to the bills from Wien Energie you even can get some of it back.
The location is great. We have the Donaukanal just right under our street, in 30 seconds you can be near the Donaukanal and have a walk-run-biking.. Flat is in the 3rd district but just near the 1st, so everything is very close. Landstrasse - Wien Mitte is 5 min walking distance where you can find many restaurants and shops. You have also on Sundays an open Spar in it. Otherwise Spar, Bipa, bakeries are just in 2 min. away. Tram 2 is 3-4 min away and Tram 1 and 0 are 1 min walking distance. You have the U3,U4 in Landstrasse in 5 min and U1 is also in 5 min reachable. The flat is very close to the city center and have also Stadtpark around! By bike, everywhere is easy and fast to reach. You would also have a nice parking place in the building for your bike!(:
You would be sharing the flat with me, 26 years old, classical musician. I am playing the oboe professionally and studying music in MDW. I mostly practice at the Uni so you don't have to worry about that!(: But my old flat mate was telling me that she always enjoyed when I played the oboe in the flat. So you would have live classical music concert possibilities at home if you want to!(: I would be happy to spend times together, dinner, wine, movie evenings etc.. But also would like to have my privicy and would respect yours as well. I am not a crazy party person, although inviting friends for a dinner or coffee time to time is something I enjoy doing. I usually try to keep things tidied up and especially in the kitchen always try to leave everything clean(:
Smoking is not allowed in the flat. Good music, passionate conversations, books, good food are always welcomed!(:
