We have a free room in our sweet 3er WG from 1st of July on!
Room
The room is quiet in excellent location, 2 minutes to the Vienna central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof). The room is also furnished. The monthly rent is 500 euros all included (+10 euros internet). Deposit (Kaution) for the room is 700 euros.
Some of the furniture on the picture could stay at the room or not according to your preference!

Internet: Magenta cable , 75 mb/s downspeed.The ISP contract runs on my name. We'd split the cost (10euros/each)
Lage
Right around the corner from Vienna Central Station but quiet nonetheless
2min to the U1 (Sudtiroler Platz/ Wien Hauptbahnhof Station). 13 A bus line
4 min to Central Station with all S-bahns , trams, buses, etc.
U1 brings you straight to Karlsplatz in 2 stations or Stephansplatz (city centre) in 3 stations, which gives you easy access to subway lines U2, U3, U4 as well
Close vicinity to Vienna Central Station also means that you have nearby The Central Station mall and a supermarket thats open until 11 pm daily .
The location is honestly great .8min on foot to Palace Belvedere, 12 min to Karlsplatz, you can effectively walk to the nicest parts of town on foot.

Cancellation of the contract is possible at any time with a cancellation period of 2 months.
WG leben
Alejandro (35) from Argentina. I study Architecture and I am going to graduate this June. I am a chill guy but I appreciate some peace and quite during the night. During the weekend I enjoy a good rave and partying with friends :)

Personally I don't spend much time at home or I take a lot of time for myself and my art, but still I would be in for a movie or drinking night when there is some free time. For me is important to respect each other boundaries but also be relaxed about it and easy to communicate.
About the Wg life : This is not a party WG. We both need much time for our own life affairs so a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere with respected boundaries is really important to us!
On special occassions we can indeed have a nice party :)
