Hi peoples,
Since our flatmate is going to persue his dreams in Brazil, the Rainergasse community is searching for someone to fill his huge Norwegian shoes.
Us, Mark and Sofya will remain in the appartement for now.
Mark is 27, studying and working part time. He likes to do sports, cook and enjoys outdoor activities.
I am 24, as well studying and working on the side. I am into arts and a bit into sports.
We like chill together in the kitchen with a bottle of good wine (or decent because money). From time to time we also go partying together.
Our flat is located in a very calm and central area of the 4th district (especially perfect for TU students - you can reach the university in 5 min by tram). There are a lot of shops, cafes and a really chill park nearby.
The whole appartement is 82 m2 and has three rooms ( one room with 13 m2 and 2 rooms each roughly 20 m2)
Your room is the smallest and costs 350€ per month (all included). Brage would leave almost all of the furniture in the room (except for the table) and he would be happy to receive 200€ for that and the household appliances.
If you will need more space, we have some news for you: Mark is moving in together with his girlfriend in March which will offer the option to move into his bigger room as well as take over the Hauptmiete.🤩
Also Sofya is planing to move out in March to move in together with her best friend. Thus, you will have the opportunity to choose your future flatmates yourself as well as your preferred room.
